Shipments Greece
For purchases over 100 € the shipping & cash on delivery costs are free.

For orders the shipping costs are € 5.00 along with cash on delivery.

There are no extra charges for inaccessible areas.

The delivery of the products to your place is done with a courier company, usually 1-3 working days.

For some areas the delivery time can reach 3-4 working days, according to the delivery policy of the courier company.

Our products are sent by ELTA Courier or GENIKI Taxydromiki.

Product returns

In case of error of our company. We fully refund the money that corresponds to the value of the order and the shipping costs
Returns are accepted by arrangement only if the products are unused and in their original condition.
Before returning the product you should contact the returns department of at 211 11 34 269 daily 09:00 – 16:00)

Otherwise our store does not accept the specific returns.In case you want to return to us any of the products (for your own reasons) that you have received (within 15 days) and if it is in its original packaging (with its label) it will be sent at the expense of the sender.

Changes to accessories & discount products are not made.

Product Return Procedure In our physical store

You bring the product to our place and after a check to verify that the return conditions apply, the product is replaced with the same or another product of your choice.


Product sending

If there has been a phone call to the returns department of that your product is problematic or you did not receive it in its original form, you pack and send the parcel with the product with the cooperating courier company with Senter Fee.

Inside the package you will have placed a note informing us of the problem that has arisen with the returned product:

1. your contact phone,
2. your order number and
3. the retail receipt (or in photocopy)

In case the package arrives and it turns out that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted as explained in detail above. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by him.

Money back

In case a product does not meet the specifications will replace the product with a new one or you will be refunded the value of the product in the account you indicate to us within 15 working days.
Prerequisite for the packaging & the product to be in its original condition.

You should also tell us your details:

1. Your contact phone,
2. your order number
3. the retail receipt (or in photocopy)
4. IBAN bank, Expenses for interbank transactions are borne by the customer.

The process should be done within 4 days from the moment you receive your parcel from the shipping company.

Refunds are not made on accessories & discount products.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order, if you wish, free of charge, provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our store, by sending us an email at [email protected] with the number of your order, the name of the place where you made it and your phone.

You will receive a reply email that your order has been canceled.
