Shipments Greece<\/strong><\/div>\n
For purchases over 110 \u20ac the shipping & cash on delivery costs are free.<\/strong>\n

For orders the shipping costs are \u20ac 5.00 along with cash on delivery.<\/p>\n

There are no extra charges for inaccessible areas.<\/p>\n

The delivery of the products to your place is done with a courier company, usually 1-3 working days.<\/p>\n

For some areas the delivery time can reach 3-4 working days, according to the delivery policy of the courier company.<\/p>\n

Our products are shipped via ELTA Courier<\/strong> and Geniki Tachidromiki<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A tracking number is sent directly by the courier company to the mobile phone number you provided in your order.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/strong>
Product returns<\/strong><\/p>\n

In case of error of our company.<\/strong> We fully refund the money that corresponds to the value of the order and the shipping costs
Returns are accepted by arrangement only if the products are unused and in their original condition.
Before returning the product you should contact the returns department of\u00a0curvesclothing.gr<\/a> at 211 11 34 269 daily 09:00 – 16:00)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Otherwise our store does not accept the specific returns.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you wish to return any of the products you have received for personal reasons<\/strong> within 15 days<\/strong>, and provided that the item is in its original packaging with the tag attached<\/strong>, it must be sent back at the sender\u2019s expense<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Changes to accessories & discount products are not made.<\/p>\n

You bring the product to our place and after a check to verify that the return conditions apply, the product is replaced with the same or another product of your choice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Product sending<\/strong><\/p>\n

If there has been a phone call to the returns department of\u00a0curvesclothing.gr<\/a> that your product is problematic or you did not receive it in its original form, you pack and send the parcel with the product with the cooperating courier company with Senter Fee.<\/p>\n

Inside the package you will have placed a note informing us of the problem that has arisen with the returned product:<\/p>\n

1. your contact phone,
2. your order number and
3. the retail receipt (or in photocopy)<\/p>\n

In case the package arrives and it turns out that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted as explained in detail above. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by him.<\/p>\n

Money back<\/strong><\/p>\n

The refund will be issued to the bank account you provide within 10\u201315 business days<\/strong> from the date we receive the returned item, provided that the product meets the conditions mentioned above, in accordance with standard banking procedures.
Please note that the refunded amount refers exclusively to the value of the product<\/strong> and does not include<\/strong> any shipping costs.<\/p>\n

You can cancel your order, if you wish, free of charge, provided that the products have NOT been shipped from our store, by sending us an email at\u00a0support@curvesclothing.gr<\/a>\u00a0with the number of your order, the name of the place where you made it and your phone.<\/p>\n
